Update to Reveal.JS 4.1.2 and Go 1.17 
- Replace pkger with Go 1.17 embedded file system

Add auto reload 
- reload markdown if changed
- allow to monitor other files if wanted
- disable HTTP cache to force reload
- extend example
- replace almost everything with layered file systems
